FLITE Program Overview
What is the FLITE Program?
FLITE stands for Finding Leadership in the Transfer Experience. The FLITE Program at the University of Memphis is a cohort-style, extended orientation that supports incoming transfer students' transition to the university by exposing them to programs, resources, and traditions all while connecting them to fellow students in a diverse environment. The program allows students to experience tiger spirit and provides them with an opportunity to build connections with fellow classmates.
The FLITE Program is a great way to meet new friends, learn about getting involved at UofM, and connect to campus in a variety of ways throughout your first semester on campus! Start your Memphis experience on the right foot with FLITE!

| Expectations for Attendance | The FLITE Program is a six-week cohort style extended orientation that centers on the transfer experience at the University of Memphis. The FLITE Program consists of five unique sessions and a final graduation event. As a FLITE Member, you are required to attend four out of the five sessions. Attendance to four sessions is required to be invited to the celebratory FLITE ÁñÁ«Ö±²¥. |
