Mission Statement:
Be Tiger Well Month is a campus-wide initiative dedicated to promoting holistic wellness through collaboration, education, and engagement. We believe that when we care for ourselves and each other, we all thrive.
Our Goals:
- Unite departments and student groups around wellness.
- Highlight existing wellness programs and services.
- Launch new initiatives that support student success.
- Foster a culture of care and connection.

馃惎 Be Tiger Well Challenge
馃幆 How to Participate
Join the Be Tiger Well Challenge by completing activities across different areas of wellness throughout October. Each time you complete a challenge, log it using the form below. Participants are encouraged to complete at least 5 wellness activities and submit a form for each item. Completion earns a Wellness Package, available for pickup October 30鈥31 in the University Center Relaxation Zone Room 227.
Steps to Participate:
- Choose a wellness area (e.g., Physical, Emotional, Social, etc.).
- Complete one or more activities listed in that category.
- Submit your entry using the form below.
- Repeat as often as you like鈥攅ach submission counts!
- At the end of the month, if you have completed the Be Tiger Well Challenge, pick up your Be Tiger Well Box!

- Attend a fitness class or use the campus gym
- Walk 10,000+ steps in a day
- Swim at the university pool
- Join a Tiger Food Lab or nutrition session
- Focus on hydration, show us you using your different water bottles!
馃 Emotional Wellness
- Join a Less Stress Success session
- Use the 30-day wellness journal
- Sign the Gratitude Wall
- Paint and share a centering stone
馃 Social Wellness
- Attend a group event or club meeting
- Join Homecoming or intramural events
- Cheer on a campus team
- Design your dorm room door with Wellness Inspo
馃挵 Financial Wellness
- Attend a financial wellness session with First South
- Meet with a financial advisor
- Apply for a scholarship
- Use a local discount or coupon
- Complete open enrollment (Oct 8 鈥 Employee Benefits Fair)

- Visit a meditation or nature space
- Try a mindfulness app
- Attend a music performance or vision board session
- Join the Nature Walk event
- Visit one or both Relaxation Zones
馃摎 Intellectual & Occupational Wellness
- Attend a study skills or tutoring session
- Make an appointment with Career Services
- Explore majors at 鈥淒iscover Your Major Day鈥 (Oct 2)
- Attend a lecture outside your major

- Join a campus clean-up or visit the Tiger Garden
- Attend the Sustainability Fair
- Bike to campus or use recycling stations
- Plant a seed or start a garden

Complete challenges and earn a BeTiger Well Box featuring:
- Be Tiger Well Straw Cup

Be Tiger Well Boxes will be available for pickup October 30鈥31 in the University Center Relaxation Zone Room 227.
