Flyer Request
All flyer requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the required date. This is to ensure that your flyer meets the standards of the UofM Marketing department, as well as the Office of SPH Communications, which takes marketing and branding direction from the Marketing department.
Provide ample time between the end of the two-week mark and the event, to leave room for event promotion. For example, if you would like 2 weeks' time to advertise, the Comms Team should receive the information required to make the flyers no later than one month out from the event.
Please be sure to left align large amounts of text.
Poster Printing Request
- Kindly be aware that once you submit your file for printing, that file will be printed as submitted. Please ensure that the file has been properly edited, with no spelling/grammatical errors. If you need assistance with the layout or have other design questions or concerns, please email Sarah from SPH Comms no later than two weeks in advance.
- You can print vertical or horizontal
- No larger than 36β by 48β (Please try to stick to this dimension, as anything smaller may not achieve the desired dimensions you are requesting (for any questions regarding this matter, please reach out).
- Please request a poster to be printed 2 weeks out from the needed date
- Submitting posters for conferences last minute could run into problems (printer materials out of stock, less likely to have carrying cases available)
- If you foresee last minute (based on faculty approval or otherwise) please reach out beforehand. There is a higher probability of it being printed on time if we are kept in the loop.
All requests for printing must be approved by a faculty member/advisor prior to submitting this form.
