Window Services
We offer a variety of window services at our station located in 259 University Center. Services include stamp purchases, mailings such as First Class and Priority, delivery and signature confirmations, and much more. We are a CASH ONLY facility. Feel free to call or stop by and ask about wide variety of services designed to meet your postal needs. Here are a few examples of services we offer:
Stamps
Stamps are on sale at the post office contract station windows. You can purchase them individually, by the sheet, or by the book.
Certified Mail
Prove you sent it. See when it was delivered or that a delivery attempt was made, and get the signature of the person who accepts the mailing when combined with Return Receipt.
Standard Shipping Insurance
You can purchase insurance coverage for your mail pieces for up to $5,000 in indemnity to protect against loss or damage. Insurance fees are based on the item’s declared value. There are limitations for insuring some products and certain items.
Mail Insured for more than $500.
The recipient may be required to show an acceptable primary ID before USPS will deliver the mail piece.
Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, And Ground Advantage Mail:
Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, and Ground Advantage Mail services include up to $100 of insurance in the price. For more valuable shipments, additional coverage is usually available.
