Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness Month was established in 1949 to increase awareness of the importance of mental health and wellness in Americans’ lives and to celebrate recovery from mental illness. This year the theme is Turn Awareness into Action! To support all employees, Human Resources is collaborating with Here4TN, and the R. Brad Martin Wellness Center to offer a variety of in-person and online events. A series of educational webinars will feature specialists from Here4TN. Around the main campus and at the Wellness Center, we will be hosting Midday Moves-- opportunities to do some light exercise during the workday. There will also be in-person events at the Lambuth Campus. See the schedule and registration links below for details.

Employees are welcome to walk for one lap, one hour or whatever amount they are comfortable with.
