Hospitality & Resort Management Minor
The Hospitality and Resort Management Minor includes 18 credits of Hospitality (HPRM) courses designed to provide a practical, industry-focused foundation in hospitality operations, culinary fundamentals, lodging management, marketing, and service leadership. Students complete courses such as Business of Hospitality, Introduction to Culinary Arts, and Managing Hotel & Resort Operations, along with specialized classes in Hospitality Services Marketing, Hospitality Operational Analysis, and the culminating Integrative Challenge. Together, these courses equip students with the applied skills needed to excel in hotels, resorts, tourism, foodservice, events, and customer-focused industries.
