About Linda Billings
With over 30 years of nursing experience, Linda Billings has served in diverse roles, including bedside nurse, manager, and educator. Her expertise primarily lies in high-risk pregnancy care, with additional experience in medical-surgical nursing as needed. She has taught across both undergraduate and graduate nursing programs, currently instructing Introduction to Pharmacology and Medication Administration as well as Senior Seminar at the Loewenberg College of Nursing (LCON). Throughout her career, she has also taught Nursing Care of the Childbearing Family, Foundations of Nursing, Leadership, NCLEX Preparation, and Nursing Education in both classroom and clinical settings.
As the Director of Undergraduate Licensure & Achievement (DULA), Linda plays a pivotal role in preparing senior nursing students for the NCLEX Board Exam while also supporting students struggling with coursework. She established LCON’s peer tutoring system, providing additional academic support to enhance student success.
